I. Request for the manufacturing of the product.
Make a request to the CEO of “KAUCHUK” about the possibility of manufacturing of a batch of specefied items. This request must contain the terms and planned volumes of production. The application must be accompanied by a full package of design documentation or sketch product specification. In fact of receiving the request we appoint the representative of the customer, which will not only be a bridge between you and the experts of JSC “KAUCHUK”, but will plan, track and implement all further work until a final satisfactory result.
II. Preliminary evaluation of the request for manufacturing.
Commission of the plant experts considers received information, clarifies the missing data. After a preliminary assessment of the feasibility and advisability of launching a new project experts issued their preliminary conclusion about the possibility of manufacturing.
III. Approval of preliminary results with the customer.
The representative of the customer sends pre-trial detention to a query for approval or further details.
IV. Signing the contract.
When satisfying both sides solution is found, contract draft will be submitted to you for approval and signing.
V. Design, approval of the design documentation.
VI. Manufacturing, matching samples of new products.
VII. Manufacturing, approval of pilot batch.
VIII. Starting of serial production.
Here is a brief description of the process. In reality, this time-consuming process requires precise detail. But we have considerable experience with the launch of new products into production and are ready for new tasks at the level specified by our customers.
up to 50 mPa (static application) and up to 32 MPa (dynamic application) in mineral oils, fuel oils, emulsions, lubricants, fresh water and sea water;
up to 40 MPa (static application) and up to 10 MPa (dynamic application) with compressed air.
O-rings are made of the following groups of accuracy:
1 – for dynamic application (made by agreement with the manufacturer)
2 – for static and dynamic application
Search of the O-ring is on its designation:
(010 -…) The first three digits indicate the diameter of the surface (stem), which is put on the ring – 10mm.
(…- 014 -…) The second three numbers mean surface diameter (cylinder), in which the ring is inserted – 14mm.
(…- 25) The last two digits indicate the diameter of the cross section of the rings are 2.5 mm multiplied by 10.
So the actual size of the O-ring may be slightly different from the designation: interior towards reduction, outside, the contrary, increasing.

Three types of seals depending on design and current pressure values:
Type 1 – for pressure 0,1-50 MPa (1,0-500 kg/cm2)
Type 2 – for pressure 0,25-32 MPa (2,5-320 kg/cm2)
Type 3 – for pressure 1,0-50 MPa (1,0-500 kg/cm2)
Type 2 cuffs are interchangeable with Type 3.

The main properties of EPDM are its outstanding heat, ozone, and weather resistance. The resistance to polar substances and steam are also good. It has excellent electrical insulating properties. It has good resistance to ketones, ordinary diluted acids, and alkalies.
It is used in the automotive and aeronautical industry to make fuel and oil handling hoses, seals, grommets and self-sealing fuel tanks. NBR’s ability to withstand a range of temperatures from −40 to 108 °C (−40 to 226 °F) makes it an ideal material for aeronautical applications.
Natural rubber (NR) has a long fatigue life and high strength. NR rubber has acceptable temperature resistance (+90 °C) and can maintain flexibility down to -50 °C. The main use of NR is in the tire industry, vibration absorption and all sorts of various moulded parts.
These materials have good abrasion resistance and good aging stability when protected by additives. It is a commodity material which competes with natural rubber. SBR is widely used in tires, shoe soles, gaskets. It maintains flexibility at lower temperatures.
Polybutadiene is a synthetic rubber that has a high resistance to wear and is used especially in the manufacture of tires. It is also used to manufacture golf balls, various elastic objects and to coat or encapsulate electronic assemblies, offering high electrical resistivity.
Polychloroprene exhibits good chemical stability and maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range. It’s used in a wide variety of applications, such as laptop sleeves, orthopedic braces, electrical insulation, elastomeric membranes or flashings and automotive fan belts.
