IMPORTANT
If products are in stock and the order is made before 12.00, we’ll ship products on the same day (except on SAT and SUN).
If the order is made after 12.00 – the shipment from the warehouse is carried out on the next day (except on SAT and SUN).
To receive the order by local pickup from our warehouse is possible from 8:30 am till 15:30 pm (except on SAT and SUN).

Check out the brief information on export:
- For further receipt and customs clearance of the goods, you must be accredited at the local customs office.
- We will send you an invoice by fax or e-mail.
- We specify shipment (EXW, CPT, DAP etc.) and payment terms.
- We form and send you the contract by fax or e-mail for agreement.
- After mutual oral approval of the contract, we send you the contract and the specification for the signature by e-mail. In some cases, the documents, depending on the urgency of the delivery time, are sent by mail or courier delivery service. Courier delivery by mutual agreement can be paid by both parties in equal shares.
- !!! Only after receiving a contract and specification certified and printed from your side, we can proceed with customs clearance and dispatch of IRG.
- After we send you the products, we’ll notify you by phone.
