THE PROCESS OF EXPORT SHIPMENT

PJSC "KAUCHUK" are shipping products around the world

  • To receive and do customs clearance of the products, you must be accredited at the local customs office.
  • We will send you an invoice by fax or e-mail.
  • We specify shipment (EXW, CPT, etc.) and payment terms.
  • We prepare and send you the contract by e-mail for agreement.
  • After general verbal approval of the contract, we send you the contract and the specification for the signature by e-mail. In some cases, the documents, depending on the urgency of the delivery time, are sent by mail or courier delivery service. Courier delivery by mutual agreement can be paid by both parties in equal shares.
  • Only after receiving a printed version of signed contract and specification from your side, we can proceed with customs clearance and dispatch of IRG.
  • After we'll send you the products, we'll notify you by phone.
